Job Role Overview:

Our organization seeks a skilled Wellbeing & Injury Support Officer to join our Work Health and Safety team. This permanent position plays a key role in supporting the delivery of our Return to Work (RTW) Program and Health & Wellness Program.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administrative support will be provided to the WHS Manager and broader Enterprise Risk team.
  • Workplace ergonomic assessments will be undertaken.
  • Health and wellbeing activities and programs will be promoted and coordinated across the organization.
Essential Requirements:
  • A Diploma qualification in a relevant field or extensive equivalent qualifications and experience.
  • Knowledge and experience of the Return to Work Process, rehabilitation, and workers compensation legislation.
  • The SIRA Return to Work Coordinator Certificate is required.
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite are necessary.
