Undermanager (Ulan West) - Coal Mining Expert

About the Opportunity:
Mastermyne is seeking an Undermanager with extensive underground coal experience to join their team at Ulan West. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading by example and delivering a safe and productive project.
Key Responsibilities:
- Demonstrated Underground Coal experience;
- NSW Undermanager Certification & Practicing Certificate (2nd Class);
- Training transcripts and/or qualifications & tickets;
- Valid Driver's Licence
- Right to work in Australia (Birth Certificate, Passport, Citizenship Certificate)
About the Role:
The Undermanager will be responsible for:
- Leading a team of experienced coal miners;
- Ensuring a safe and productive work environment;
- Delivering projects on time and within budget;
- Developing and implementing strategies to improve efficiency and productivity;
- Collaborating with other departments to achieve company goals.
