Support Staff

Our nurseries are seeking a caring individual to provide support as needed, ensuring every child receives top-quality care and attention.

This role involves assisting in various rooms, adapting to the needs of each group as required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with children through play and activities, supporting their emotional and educational development.
  • Assist with mealtimes and ensure children are safe and comfortable.
  • Build positive relationships with children, parents, and the nursery team.
  • Maintain a clean and organized environment in line with health and safety procedures.
  • Follow and promote nursery policies and procedures.

This role is ideal for individuals looking for flexibility and the opportunity to gain experience in an energetic, caring environment.

Requirements / Qualifications:

  • Experience working with young children is preferable but not mandatory.
  • A positive, flexible approach with a team-oriented mindset.
  • Strong communication skills, capable of engaging effectively with children.
  • Ability to work on an ad-hoc basis and cover various shifts.
  • Willingsness to complete a DBS check.
  • BASIC KNOWLEDGE OF EARLY YEARS DEVELOPMENT IS AN ADVANTAGE.
