We have a unique opportunity for a motivated and organized individual to join our Warehouse Team as a Cleaning Operative.
As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in maintaining the efficiency and effectiveness of our warehouse operations. Your responsibilities will include loading and unloading delivery vehicles, decontaminating and cleaning medical devices and equipment, and ensuring accurate inventory management.
Our ideal candidate will be highly flexible and able to work independently, as well as part of a team. They will possess excellent communication skills and be committed to delivering high-quality service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
- Loading and unloading delivery vehicles in a safe and compliant manner.
- Decontamination and cleaning of medical devices and equipment.
- Ensuring accurate inventory management using barcode scanners.
- Quality assurance of daily deliveries.
- Delivering exceptional customer service and empathy.
- Working effectively as part of a team and independently.
- Performing PAT testing and LOLER checking.
Requirements:
- Able to work flexibly with varying shifts and hours.
- Willingness to participate in emergency on-call rota.
- Ideal experience in warehouse and/or cleaning operative roles.
