About this role: We are seeking a Business Analyst to join our team and help deliver tailored software solutions for our customers.

This multi-dimensional role works closely with a dedicated development team and product owners to transform bespoke client requests into smart, scalable outcomes that align with our broader product vision.

Key responsibilities:

  • Gather and document customer needs using techniques like user journey mapping, emotional mapping, process diagrams, and prototyping
  • Work with product owners to ensure requests align with our product vision
  • Break down needs into epics and user stories with clear acceptance criteria
  • Lead prioritisation and elaboration sessions with customers
  • Validate solutions with customers throughout the development process
  • Report on estimates, progress, and risks to customers and stakeholders
  • Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and support acceptance testing
  • Train internal stakeholders and produce release notes
  • Champion continuous improvement in everything you do

What you need to succeed:

  • 3+ years' experience as a Business Analyst or Product Owner in an agile environment
  • Proven success delivering SaaS products for a software vendor
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills, both technical and non-technical
  • A proactive, self-motivated mindset with the ability to work independently and collaboratively
