Truck Parts Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Truck Parts Specialist to join our team at Just Automotive Recruitment in Coffs Harbour, NSW.
Salary: $33 - $43 per hour, with opportunities for overtime and bonuses.
About the Job:
- This is a full-time position working Monday to Friday, 8:00 am – 5:00 pm (with a 1-hour break), offering a great work-life balance.
- The successful candidate will have experience in truck parts or heavy vehicle components, as well as strong customer service and organizational skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle internal and external parts inquiries and sales, utilizing your excellent communication skills to provide exceptional customer service.
- Prepare invoices accurately and efficiently, ensuring timely payment and smooth financial transactions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and colleagues, fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment.
- Manage inbound and outbound freight and warehousing tasks, ensuring efficient logistics and supply chain management.
- Ensure a safe and healthy working environment by adhering to safety protocols and best practices.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Certificate III in Automotive Sales (Parts Interpretation) or equivalent qualification or experience.
- Experience with truck parts or heavy vehicle components (light vehicle parts experience also considered).
- Strong customer service, organization, and communication skills.
- Ability to work both autonomously and as part of a team.
- Current NSW driver's license required; a forklift license is an advantage.
Benefits:
- Hourly rate: $33 - $43 (based on experience and qualifications).
- Full-time hours: Monday – Friday, 8:00 am – 5:00 pm (with a 1-hour break).
