About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Water Process Engineering Lead to join our Infrastructure Services Australia business in Sydney. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in leading projects, mentoring colleagues, and providing technical oversight.

With a focus on water & wastewater treatment plants, you will lead investigations, prepare technical reports, designs, and drawings, contract documents, and technical specifications. Your commercial acumen and experience with design practices for major water utility assets will be highly valued.

  • Lead the design of large water and wastewater treatment plants
  • Lead investigations and preparation of technical reports, designs, and drawings
  • Provide guidance to process engineers across the company
  • Maintain relationships with clients
  • Assist industry leads in business strategy development
About You

You are a driven and motivated Principal Process Engineer with a passion for achievement and outcome-focused work. With experience in designing constructable solutions and commercial acumen in delivering water infrastructure, you possess a pragmatic approach and can effectively manage client relationships.

You have excellent communication skills, with the ability to provide guidance to junior engineers and collaborate with cross-functional teams. A commitment to KBR's Zero Harm policy is essential, as well as a willingness to promote innovation and digital capabilities.
