Kitchens Operations Team Member

As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of commercial kitchens across Sydney.
We are currently seeking full-time, part-time, and casual kitchen staff to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience working in commercial kitchens, maintaining a safe and clean environment, and providing excellent customer service.
- Commercial kitchen experience is essential for this role
- A strong understanding of hygiene control principles is required
- Outstanding organisational skills and ability to work under pressure are necessary
- Demonstrated interpersonal and communication skills are essential
- Fully vaccinated against Covid-19, influenza, and other illnesses as required by legislation or industry best practice
- Previous experience in hospitals, aged care facilities, or hotels would be highly valued
- Certificate III or IV in Commercial Cookery would be advantageous
- Knowledge of food hygiene control and cleaning chemicals would be beneficial
