About the Position

This job involves conducting thorough end-to-end manual testing to ensure high-quality platform releases. A strong focus is placed on validating integration between existing and new features.

To achieve this, you will conduct manual end-to-end testing of new and existing features. You will also create and maintain detailed test scripts and scenarios to validate functionality before each release.

You will collaborate closely with our Product and Engineering teams to identify and report defects. Your work will play a key part in reducing defects in production, improving testing efficiency, and supporting the transition toward automated testing.

  • Conduct manual end-to-end testing to ensure platform quality and integration stability across workflows.
  • Create and maintain detailed test scripts and scenarios to validate functionality before each release.
  • Closely collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to identify and report defects.
  • Monitor and help reduce the number of issues found in production by identifying root causes.
  • Work in sync with the release cycle to support a consistent and reliable release cadence.
  • Track and optimize time spent on E2E testing by refining scripts, improving pre-release readiness, and leveraging team input.
  • Support the transition toward automated testing by contributing with user journeys and liaising with the tech team.
