Job DescriptionThe successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care, working collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to achieve optimal outcomes. They will work alongside a multidisciplinary team to provide high-quality care to patients in a 12-bed surgical ward with 11 shared rooms and 1 single room.
About the Role- This is a permanent full-time position located on the First Floor of C Block, Mount Isa Hospital.
The ideal candidate will possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. They will have a passion for delivering exceptional patient care and contributing to a positive and supportive team environment.
Requirements- A relevant tertiary degree qualification and appropriate registration/licences are mandatory requirements for this role.
- A Class Motor Vehicle Licence is also required.
- Pre-employment screening will be conducted for the successful applicant, including Criminal History checks.
- This is a VPD risk role and may require evidence of vaccination or immunity to certain diseases.
