Outside School Hours Care Coordinator

Our school is seeking an experienced and passionate coordinator to manage our outside school hours care service.
About the RoleThis is a casual position, with paid administrative time and regular training meetings. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the service, including planning and delivering daily activities that are engaging, stimulating, and carry educational value.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing the service on a daily basis
- Developing and implementing daily activities that meet the needs of children
- Serving healthy food options and maintaining a safe and clean environment
- Building strong relationships with colleagues, children, families, school leaders, and the community
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Childcare, Wellness, Healthcare, Sports, or a related field
- A current Employee Working with Children's Check (or willingness to obtain)
- First Aid, CPR, Anaphylaxis & Asthma Management Training (or willingness to obtain)
- Child Protection Training Certificate (or willingness to obtain)
