About Design & Build Recruitment:

What We're Looking For:

  1. A highly experienced Senior Project Manager to lead multiple critical environment construction projects.
  2. A strong client liaison who can maintain excellent relationships and ensure alignment with client objectives and expectations.
  3. A programme strategy expert who can develop and implement effective strategies to ensure projects meet key milestones, budgets and quality standards.
  4. A leader who can guide and mentor a project team, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration and continuous improvement.
  5. A skilled risk manager who can monitor programme performance, produce progress reports and proactively address risks and issues to ensure seamless project execution.

Your Skills and Experience:

  1. At least 10 years of experience in senior project management roles, either client-side or for a builder.
  2. In-depth technical understanding of Data Centre Infrastructure – HVAC, Electrical, Generators, Fire, Security and BMS.
  3. A professional/tertiary qualification in project management, engineering or construction.
  4. Strong business development skills with a proven track record of building client relationships for future opportunities.
  5. Excellent leadership, risk management and communication abilities to drive team and client success.
