Major Responsibilities:
">- Undertakes financial monitoring, recording, and reporting practices for compliance with applicable standards.
- Performs timely cost control activities.
- Responsible for the development and accuracy of cost engineering reports.
- Verifies consistency with previous reports to ensure compatibility.
- Responsible for issuing reports required by project procedures.
- Contributes to monthly progress and cost reports.
- Performs financial data analysis, identifies problems, and makes recommendations.
- Reviews and provides comment on Contractor weekly and monthly report submissions.
- Assesses productivity risks and opportunities.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
">Requires a bachelor's degree (or international equivalent) and 10-13 years of relevant experience or 14-17 years of relevant work experience in cost estimation, cost control, and financial reporting systems. Must have experience in supervision, personnel administration, and training of technical and non-technical personnel.">
