Key Responsibilities:- Provide specialist intensive care medical services to critically ill patients, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure efficient care processes.
- Work closely with Clinical Director and Executive Director to maintain high standards of clinical services and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Lead and educate trainees, medical staff, students, allied health professionals, and nursing staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.
