Key Store Operations Leader

As a Key Store Operations Leader, you will be responsible for delivering an exceptional in-store experience for our customers. Our stores are Australia-wide, with a national footprint of over 170 locations.
You will lead your team to deliver outstanding results by maximising sales and profit earnings while maintaining expense levels according to budget. Your role will involve recruiting your team, working closely with senior leaders, and setting up the store before its grand opening.
Key responsibilities include developing a strong understanding of your team, providing coaching and development opportunities to ensure their success. This includes training and coaching in safety, leading by example in workplace health and safety.
We are looking for a motivated and experienced leader who can drive business growth and customer satisfaction.
