Job OverviewWe are recruiting an experienced dentist to join our professional team, who will be responsible for providing exceptional clinical outcomes and patient satisfaction.
- Conduct thorough dental assessments using advanced imaging technologies and clinical expertise to ensure accurate diagnoses and effective treatment plans.
- Implement preventive care strategies such as hygiene advice and fluoride treatments to promote oral health and prevent diseases.
- Provide restorative and cosmetic procedures including crowns, veneers, implants, bridges, and fillings to restore teeth functionality and aesthetics.
- Perform minor oral surgeries and extractions as required, ensuring minimal discomfort and optimal recovery outcomes.
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records, adhering to industry standards and confidentiality guidelines.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in dentistry (new graduates welcome) with a proven track record of delivering exceptional patient care and results.
- Current AHPRA registration and valid NSW radiation license to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Excellent communication skills and a compassionate approach to patient care, enabling effective collaboration with patients and colleagues.
- Commitment to delivering exceptional clinical outcomes and patient satisfaction, measured through continuous quality improvement and performance metrics.
