Job Overview:

This is a hands-on commercial finance position that requires a Management Accountant with strong manufacturing or production costing experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and update product costings, Bills of Material (BOMs), and standard costs
  • Monitor and report on production variances (yield, wastage, efficiency)
  • Prepare monthly management accounts and dashboards
  • Support budgeting and forecasting cycles with accurate cost assumptions
  • Partner with operational managers to provide insights into performance and cost-saving initiatives
  • Analyse inventory movements and valuations
  • Assist with ad-hoc projects linked to process improvement and cost optimization
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in management accounting within a manufacturing, FMCG, or production setting
  • Strong knowledge of cost accounting, variances, and standard costing
  • Experience with Enterprise Resource Planning systems (ERP) preferred
  • Ability to work independently, hit the ground running, and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment
  • Certified Accounting qualification (CA/CPA) preferred but not essential
