Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced marketing professional to lead our marketing team and develop strategic plans that drive business growth. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the execution of marketing initiatives, collaborating with internal stakeholders, and monitoring their effectiveness.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leading a marketing team, developing and executing strategic marketing plans, and fostering a positive and innovative team culture. You will also have excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to represent the marketing department in leadership meetings and external events.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the development and execution of strategic marketing plans that align with the organization's mission and goals.
  • Oversee a marketing team to ensure effective and timely delivery of campaigns.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment and coordination across departments.
  • Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing initiatives, using data and analytics to inform future decisions.
  • Manage the marketing budget and ensure cost-effectiveness, while maintaining a focus on ROI and business impact.
  • Foster a positive and innovative team culture, promoting collaboration, creativity, and continuous improvement.
Requirements
  • Degree in Marketing or a related field.
  • Proven experience leading a marketing team, preferably in a similar industry or role.
  • Strong understanding of the principles of strategic marketing planning, including market research, competitor analysis, and brand management.
  • Exceptional communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Proficiency in budget management, with a focus on cost-effectiveness and ROI.
Salary Information

The estimated salary range for this role is $120,000 - $150,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
