Pace Appointments is collaborating with a prominent agricultural and construction equipment company to source a skilled Parts Specialist for a permanent, full-time position based in Southside.

Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Parts Specialist to join our clients’ team. In this role, you will leverage your knowledge of the full Organisational Equipment Manufacturer product range to support both retail and wholesale operations, including assisting with new product launches, managing essential spare parts, and driving promotional campaigns.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with branches to assist with parts identification, quotations, and sales.
  • Work closely with key clients, offering advice on spare parts inventory and timely replacements.
  • Monitor machinery usage and component wear, proactively contacting customers to organise purchase orders for scheduled replacement parts to avoid downtime.
  • Partner with the wholesale team to assess stock levels and identify opportunities to move slow-moving inventory through targeted campaigns.

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in using OEM systems and tools, along with Microsoft Suite, ERA, and MDS.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills to engage with customers and internal teams.
  • Experience in parts interpretation and sales.
