About Us
We are a GP owned and designed mixed billing medical practice located in the Greater Rhodes area, looking for a highly skilled General Practitioner to join our team.
The Role:
We are seeking an experienced doctor who can take over from an outgoing colleague and quickly build a busy schedule. Our practice uses Best Practice Software and has online bookings, ensuring a smooth transition for our new hire.
Our Location
We are situated in an excellent location in Rhodes, surrounded by significant foot traffic, with a busy shopping hub and station nearby. This makes it easy for our patients to find us and access our services.
What We Offer
- We offer 70% billings with a $35 gap fee, providing a competitive income for our doctors.
- We have a state-of-the-art fit-out featuring a treatment room, procedure room, seminar space, lounge room, and kitchen, as well as a playroom for children.
- We prioritise personalised, results-focused care, allowing our doctors to feel empowered to connect with their patients and deliver high-quality care.
- We use successful technology, including patient recall systems, SMS reminders, online bookings, and community engagement via social media and print media.
- We have 8 spacious GP-designed consult rooms, ensuring a comfortable and efficient working environment.
Requirements
- Vocational Registration (FRACGP | FACRRM or equivalent) is essential.
- This is not a DPA location, so we do not require a rural placement commitment.
- Ideal candidates can commit to at least one Saturday morning per month, although this may be negotiable.
- While Mandarin or Cantonese speaking skills are a bonus, they are not essential.
Salary Estimate
We estimate that our doctors can earn around $200,000 - $250,000 per year, depending on their experience and efficiency. This includes a base salary of approximately $150,000, plus a share of the practice's profits.
