We are looking for a Defense Communications Specialist to join our team at Skills Provision. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in expanding our market presence within Saudi Arabia and driving sales growth.

In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic sales plans that drive business growth and achieve revenue targets. You will cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key customers, providing them with innovative and tailored solutions to meet their needs.

This role will require you to frequently meet with clients and stakeholders, including local and US government, military, and internal teams, ensuring effective communication and collaboration. You will work closely with program management, product-line management, engineering, marketing, contracts, finance, trade compliance, and in-country partners to align sales strategies and deliver optimal results.

You will also be responsible for managing and tracking your opportunities within our CRM database to maintain an accurate sales pipeline. This role is ideal for individuals with a proven track record of executing successful localization projects with GAMI, direct product experience with L3Harris Communication Systems products, and a background in engineering, sales, or product management.

Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and implement strategic sales plans to drive business growth and achieve revenue targets
  2. Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key customers to provide innovative and tailored solutions
  3. Frequently meet with clients and stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration
  4. Work closely with program management, product-line management, engineering, marketing, contracts, finance, trade compliance, and in-country partners to align sales strategies and deliver optimal results
  5. Manage and track opportunities within CRM database to maintain accurate sales pipeline

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree and minimum 9 years of prior relevant experience. Graduate Degree and a minimum of 7 years of prior related experience. In lieu of a degree, minimum of 13 years of prior related experience
