The purpose of this role is to increase representation of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples across the workforce.
This talent pool collects information to identify suitable applicants for current and future employment opportunities in various occupational areas including operational services, administration, and nursing.

Mandatory qualifications may be required for certain roles.

- Indigenous Hospital Liaison Officer
- Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Health Worker
- Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Health Practitioner
- Occupational Therapy
- Social Work
- Speech Pathology
- Psychology
- Physiotherapy
- Dietetics
- Vaccinated against certain vaccine preventable diseases as outlined in the Health Employment Directive
- Genuine occupational requirement to be Indigenous to the Aboriginal or Torres Strait Islander Community
