
Asset Lifecycle Coordinator

Highly detail-oriented and proactive coordinators are sought after to manage the end-to-end lifecycle of fleet assets across Australia and New Zealand.
The role is pivotal in coordinating procurement, compliance, supplier relationships, and data accuracy.
Main Responsibilities
- Coordinate requisitions, asset creation, and track progress for fleet assets
- Manage short-term rentals, fuel cards, EROAD setup, branding, and delivery logistics
- Evaluate lease activations and process them efficiently
- Maintain datasets, rental reports, and financial tracking sheets
- Analyze vendor quotes and approvals for new fleet assets
- Monitor build progress, delivery schedules, and service module updates
- Promote data accuracy and support audit processes
Key Skills
- Previous experience in fleet management or logistics coordination
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Experience with ERP systems (JDE, SAP) and Microsoft Office Suite
- Proven ability to manage supplier relationships and procurement processes
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Ability to work with large volumes of data and maintain accuracy
