Senior Digital Program Manager

This role encompasses the leadership and management of digital program delivery, focusing on strategic initiatives and project execution.
The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of digital projects, ensuring timely completion within scope and budget.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Strategically manage resource allocation across multiple projects to optimize utilization and balance workloads.
- Forecast and plan for future resource needs based on project pipeline, adjusting resources as required to meet evolving priorities.
- Identify, assess, and manage risks and issues across all projects, implementing mitigation strategies and ensuring team members understand and manage risks effectively.
- Develop and implement best practices, standards, and methodologies for digital project delivery to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
- Encourage innovation and exploration of new tools, technologies, and practices to improve project delivery and support digital transformation.
- Proven experience in managing digital programs or projects with a strong track record of success.
- Exceptional leadership and people management skills, with the ability to lead, mentor, and inspire a high-performance project team.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to proactively identify, assess, and manage project risks.
- A commitment to continuous improvement, with the ability to implement and promote best practices in digital program delivery.
