What We're Looking For
  • Fluency in Italian and English (essential) – both spoken and written
  • Current driver's license and a NDIS Clearance or willingness to obtain one
  • Flexibility to work varying hours
  • Ability to assist with physical tasks and help with mobility as needed
Key Responsibilities
  • Provide personalized support tailored to the needs of Italian-speaking customers, including assistance with daily activities and mobility
  • Advocate for their rights and preferences to ensure they feel empowered in their care
  • Help customers stay connected to their communities and maintain independence through social activities and local services
  • Build trust to create a safe, supportive, and comfortable environment
