About the Role

We are seeking a passionate Denim Stylist and Customer Experience Specialist to join our team at Just Jeans in Muswellbrook.

As a key member of our sales floor team, you will work collaboratively with your colleagues to provide exceptional customer service, driving sales and delivering an outstanding shopping experience for our customers.

You will be responsible for building strong relationships with our customers, understanding their needs, and providing them with expert advice on our extensive range of denim products. Your passion for fashion and style will shine through in your ability to create engaging and personalized customer experiences.

To succeed in this role, you will need to demonstrate a genuine enthusiasm for working with people, excellent communication skills, and a keen eye for detail. You will also need to be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and be able to think on your feet to resolve any customer queries or concerns.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that every customer leaves the store feeling valued and satisfied
  • Build strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and preferences
  • Offer personalized styling advice and product recommendations to drive sales and deliver an outstanding shopping experience
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service
  • Assist with visual merchandising and store displays to ensure a consistent and appealing brand image

A Day in the Life

As a Denim Stylist and Customer Experience Specialist, you can expect to spend most of your time interacting with customers, providing styling advice and product recommendations, and working collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service. You may also be required to assist with visual merchandising and store displays, as well as participate in training and development programs to stay up-to-date with the latest fashion trends and best practices.
