Job Role: Senior Stormwater Engineer
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Stormwater Engineer to lead the planning, design and implementation of stormwater projects.
Main Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive stormwater management plans.
- Conduct hydrological and hydraulic assessments to mitigate flood risks.
- Evaluate and implement strategies for improving stormwater infrastructure.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure effective project delivery.
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to capacity building.
Requirements:
- Degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering (or equivalent).
- Extensive experience in stormwater infrastructure design, assessment and management.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of relevant legislation, guidelines and best practices.
- Excellent communication, project management and leadership abilities.
