Job Description

As a vital member of our cleaning team, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional 5-star service to our clients. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that all areas are thoroughly cleaned and maintained to the highest standards.

Our commercial cleaning business delivers services to schools, retail, and defence clients across various locations. You will work autonomously and with others to achieve scheduled work on time, while maintaining excellent communication skills and meeting client needs.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Delivering exceptional cleaning services in public areas, toilets, kitchens, and common areas.
  • Understanding and delivering customer service where client needs are met and communication is valued.
  • Working autonomously and with others to achieve scheduled work on time.
  • Correct use of cleaning chemicals, PPE, and equipment.
  • Identifying and reporting safety & maintenance issues and non-compliances.
  • Completing cleaning records and training requirements.
Requirements

Essential qualifications and skills for this role include:

  • Previous experience in a cleaning or related industry.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to lift and move heavy cleaning equipment.
  • Basic knowledge of cleaning chemicals and equipment.
