Logistics Co-ordinator

We are seeking a skilled logistics professional to join our team in Sydney. As a key member of our supply chain operations, you will be responsible for processing inbound returns, rebooking redeliveries, and liaising with customers and stores.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Processing Inbound Returns and Rebookings
  • Liaising with Customers and Stores to Resolve Delivery Issues
  • System Management through WMS / TMS (Cello) and ERP Systems
  • Delivery Management and Redelivery Freight Coordination
  • Transport Booking Scheduling and Stock Transfers
  • Forklift Driving and Warehouse Operations
  • Liaising with Operations Team to Maintain Stock Storage Processes and Solutions
  • Transaction Processing and Closure of Open Return DO's

Requirements:

  • Experience in Logistics or Supply Chain Operations (Not Required but Desired)
  • Proficiency in WMS / TMS Systems and ERP Carrier Network Systems
  • Forklift License and Strong Negotiation Skills
  • Excellent Time Management, Organisation and Attention to Detail
  • Ability to Work Autonomously and as Part of a Team
  • Proficient in Microsoft Suite and Analytical Problem-Solving Skills
  • Driver's License and Car (Required)
