TGI Fridays is seeking a skilled and passionate Culinary Artist to join our team of cooks and chefs at our restaurant. As a key member of our kitchen team, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking high-quality dishes to our exacting standards.

• Food Preparation and Cooking: Prepare and cook a variety of dishes to our menu specifications, ensuring high-quality presentation and taste.
• Kitchen Operations: Assist in the management of kitchen operations, including inventory management, stock control, and cleaning and maintenance of kitchen equipment.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth service delivery and maintain a positive team environment.
• Quality Control: Monitor and maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and safety.
• Adaptability: Be flexible and adaptable to changing menu items, specials, and kitchen demands.

• Culinary Qualifications: Fully Trade Qualified or Cert 3 in Commercial Cookery preferred.
• Experience: Previous experience in a fast-paced kitchen environment, preferably in a similar role.
• Skills: Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work under pressure and maintain a high level of attention to detail.
