Job Title

We are seeking a dedicated professional to join our team as an Employment Facilitator. This role involves working closely with customers to identify their employment goals and provide tailored support to help them achieve sustainable employment outcomes.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a strong ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders, and a passion for helping others. They will be able to work independently and as part of a team, prioritizing tasks effectively and managing multiple projects simultaneously.

A key aspect of this role is developing strong relationships with local employers to create job opportunities for our customers. The successful candidate will be proactive in identifying potential job leads, networking with employers, and negotiating placements that meet the needs of both parties.

In addition to their technical skills and experience, the successful candidate will demonstrate a commitment to delivering high-quality customer service, meeting individual targets, and contributing to a positive team culture.

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • Demonstrated experience in employment services, case management, or a related field.
  • Developed strong interpersonal skills, including effective communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution.
  • Proven ability to work autonomously and as part of a team, prioritizing tasks and managing competing demands.
  • Excellent administrative skills, including data entry, reporting, and record-keeping.
  • A Certificate IV in Employment Services or Career Development (or willingness to obtain).
