We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Electrical Systems Leader to deliver high-quality electrical systems for commercial, healthcare, and data center projects.

The Opportunity

Lead the design, implementation, and optimization of electrical systems. Manage and deliver projects with minimal supervision, ensuring quality, timeliness, and cost-effectiveness. Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance on best practices and industry standards. Engage with clients, stakeholders, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure project alignment and successful outcomes. Take ownership of project finances, resources, and timelines while driving project success.

About the Role
  • Recognized tertiary qualifications in Electrical Engineering
  • Strong technical background and proficiency in relevant design software
  • Proven leadership skills, with the ability to manage and mentor project teams effectively
  • Excellent communication skills, capable of presenting technical concepts clearly to diverse stakeholders
  • Strong project management abilities, including managing budgets, timelines, and resource planning
