Key Responsibilities

- Growth Strategy: Collaborate with the founder to execute a growth strategy that respects the brand's identity while positioning Hassett as a leader in the resale industry.
- Mentorship & Empowerment: Foster an inclusive environment where staff can thrive, learn, and develop their skills. Provide guidance in management, communication, and conflict resolution.
- Adaptability & Innovation: Identify and implement innovative solutions to non-traditional retail challenges, supporting Hassett's unique business model.
- Community & Stakeholder Engagement: Maintain high standards of integrity, building trust within the company and with external customers and partners.
- Market Trends: Stay up to date with trends and figure out where Hassett can grow.
- Financial Management: Make sure Hassett spends its money wisely and is focused on maintaining profitability.
- Technology Integration: Keep the online platform running smoothly and look for new ways to use technology.
- Social Enterprise: Oversee Hassett's social enterprise.
- Talent Acquisition: Find talented people to work at Hassett and help them grow their skills.

Qualifications & Experience
- Proven experience in a similar role, ideally within a start-up or medium-sized business that has scaled sustainably.
- Strong understanding of operational management, with the ability to take a hands-on approach.
- Previous experience working with or mentoring diverse teams.
- Emotional intelligence, self-awareness, and empathy are essential traits.
- Demonstrated ability to think creatively and solve problems outside of traditional retail structures.
