Enterprise Software Engineer Opportunity

As a senior software developer, you will play a pivotal role in high-performing agile teams supporting digital transformation initiatives. Your contributions will have a direct impact on public sector outcomes.

You will work on large-scale applications and services that support diverse business areas, collaborating with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into technical solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, test, and maintain complex applications using C#, ASP.NET Core, MVC, and Web API.
  • Collaborate with teams to integrate cloud platforms (Azure Government or AWS GovCloud) and ensure seamless scalability.
  • Develop secure backend services and APIs, ensuring compliance with cybersecurity and accessibility standards.
  • Participate in agile ceremonies and code reviews, contributing to team capability and knowledge sharing.
  • Support continuous integration and deployment pipelines, promoting DevOps practices throughout the organization.
Essential Criteria
  • Proficiency in C#, ASP.NET Core, MVC, Web API, and React/NextJS.
  • Hands-on experience with SQL Server or Oracle, including efficient query writing.
  • Experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and familiarity with DevOps tools (Terraform, ARM templates).
  • Strong understanding of automated testing frameworks (NUnit, xUnit, Selenium) and experience with agile methodologies.
  • Must meet Statement of Tax Record (STR) conditions for participation.
Desirable Criteria

  • Knowledge of security best practices and compliance requirements.
  • Familiarity with industry-standard project management tools.
