We are seeking a skilled Restaurant Manager to oversee daily operations, ensuring smooth service and a positive guest experience.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for:
- Leading and managing the front-of-house team, including hiring, training, and scheduling staff.
- Upholding the highest standards of customer service, presentation, and cleanliness.
- Collaborating with the kitchen and barista teams to ensure seamless coordination and top-quality service.
- Addressing customer feedback and resolving any issues in a timely, professional manner.
- Managing inventory, supplier relationships, and budgeting to optimize operational efficiency.
- Developing and executing promotional strategies and events to enhance customer engagement.
- Ensuring compliance with health, safety, and food service regulations.
- Cultivating a positive work environment that promotes teamwork and staff development.
About you:
- At least 2 years of experience in a hospitality management role.
- Strong leadership and team-building skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- A passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
- Flexibility to work a range of shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
- Experience in café or casual dining management is an advantage.
Job Type: Permanent/full-time
Salary: $70,000 - $90,000
