We are seeking a highly skilled and organized professional to join our team as a Workplace Experience Coordinator. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our Melbourne corporate location, ensuring a welcoming and memorable experience for all staff and guests.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintenance and operations of vendors for soft services
  • Support the development and implementation of strategic and operational business plans for facilities and driving effective financial management
  • Daily management of work orders using our in-house management system
  • Assist in budgeting, invoice approval and monthly financial reporting
  • Coordinate conference room booking and prepare conference rooms for meetings
  • Oversee catering for special events as required
  • Uphold site cleanliness and provide direction to cleaning staff to ensure spaces are kept clean and tidy
  • Monitor onsite health, safety and risk management

To be successful in this role, you will have worked in a similar position in a corporate environment or have a background in Hospitality, Property Management or a related field. You will be a team player, able to build relationships and communicate efficiently. Providing excellent client service comes naturally to you. Your communication skills, ability to deal with multiple issues concurrently and capability to work under pressure with limited supervision is essential.
