Program Team Manager

The Smith Family is seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to fill the position of Team Leader, Program and Scholarship Administration. This role will be responsible for managing and coordinating the effective delivery of various tasks and projects within the organization.
Key Responsibilities- Direct management of a volunteer team and Program and Scholarship Administration Coordinator/s.
- Ensuring volunteer roster levels are sufficient to enable service delivery of activities to meet deadlines.
- Manage multiple operational tasks, projects, and activities within the P&S Admin team.
- Support escalations and direct contact with families/program participants with complex or difficult issues.
- Management and review of tasks and processes, including data manipulation, resource development/updating, accuracy checking.
- Ongoing development, management, and delivery of training materials to educate and engage volunteers and staff on administration processes.
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced professional with a passion for community and a strong background in administration, team management, and project coordination. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with and support volunteers from diverse backgrounds.
The successful candidate will have a proven track record of managing teams, coordinating projects, and developing training materials. They will also have advanced skills in MS Office, Web technologies, and data manipulation.
