Job Title: Asset Custodian

We are seeking an experienced Asset Custodian to join our client's team. Our client is a reputable enterprise, established in 2016 and has since then grown to become one of the most trusted agencies in the area.

About the Role:

  • Ensure the portfolio is managed to the highest standards by providing a level of service which both landlords and tenants are satisfied with.
  • Liaise with Tenants and Landlords in a professional manner to answer any queries or issues regarding their property they may have.
  • Managing tenancy renewals under time constraints and increase rents where possible.
  • Issuing and following up on property maintenance work orders.
  • Issuing of breach notices and other notices as required.
  • Managing end of tenancy processes and bond refunds.
  • Maintaining records of income, expenses, signed leases, complaints, maintenance, etc.
  • Ensure all maintenance issues are resolved in a timely manner by liaising with Tenants, Landlords and Contractors.
  • Other duties (routine inspections) as may be required from time to time.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • VIC Agents Representative Certificate (essential)
  • A valid driver's license and reliable transport (essential)
  • Previous Real Estate experience is preferred
  • Working knowledge of industry standards and regulations
  • Experience in VCAT and landlord insurance process
  • Well-informed individual who displays sound judgment and attention to detail.
  • Customer service for positive interactions with property owners and tenants.
  • Excellence in interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Possess fluent English and Mandarin communication skills;
