Hostplus is seeking a Senior Product Manager – Implementation to lead the development and delivery of innovative superannuation and retirement solutions.
This role will play a pivotal part in implementing product and retirement income strategies, leading initiatives that enhance our product offering, drive member engagement, and ensure compliance with evolving regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead strategic product and retirement initiatives aligned with Hostplus's vision.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to deliver high-impact solutions.
- Ensure products meet regulatory and compliance standards.
- Analyse market trends and member insights to inform product enhancements.
- Drive operational excellence and support distribution strategies.
The ideal candidate will have minimum 5 years' experience in retirement product management or strategy, including proven experience in design and delivery of new to market solutions.
About You:- Strong knowledge of the superannuation industry and regulatory landscape.
- Proven ability to develop and operationalise product strategies and roadmaps.
- Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Tertiary qualifications in business, commerce, finance, marketing or a related discipline.
- A hybrid and flexible work environment.
- 15% superannuation.
