We are seeking a highly motivated graduate to join our team of sustainable design experts. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who shares our passion for creating fantastic built environments that positively impact communities.
Sustainability runs through everything we do, and our people are empowered to drive change and decarbonise the built environment. We need engineers who can design innovative and sustainable projects, making buildings more energy efficient and cost-effective to run.
Our Building Services teams have a mission to make buildings more sustainable, and we're looking for graduates who share this vision. Working across various industry sectors, our engineers produce award-winning sustainable engineering solutions throughout the lifecycle of any building project.
You will work with a variety of stakeholders, including clients and colleagues, to develop and implement sustainable design strategies. This will involve analysing and reporting on sustainability data, as well as developing and managing green building certification schemes.
The Skills You'll BringTo be successful in this role, you will need to have a degree in Engineering or a related area, and have gained experience in some of the skills relevant to the role. Excellent communication skills and the ability to use your initiative to overcome challenges are essential.
You will also need to have some knowledge of ESD rating tools, such as Green Star or NABERS, and a passion for creative and intuitive design. Experience with energy modelling software and parametric modelling software would be viewed positively.
