Key Responsibilities:
- Support and guide students in the public intern clinic, providing them with the necessary skills and knowledge to succeed in their careers.
- Complete evaluations and assessments to ensure students are meeting the required standards and expectations.
- Provide feedback and guidance to help students develop their clinical reasoning skills and become competent professionals.
- Represent West Coast College of Massage Therapy and its values in a professional and positive manner.
Requirements:
- Registered Massage Therapist in good standing with the College of Massage Therapists of British Columbia (CMTBC).
- Minimum of 2 years of experience working as an RMT, with a strong understanding of the massage therapy industry and its best practices.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with students, staff, and faculty.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities.
- Ability to adapt to changing circumstances and priorities, with a flexible and positive attitude.
