Lifestyle Program Coordinator

Deliver a positive experience for residents through the design and implementation of engaging leisure programs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and oversee lifestyle programs that reflect resident preferences and abilities.
  • Establish effective communication with residents, clinical and care staff to ensure seamless program delivery.
  • Mentor and lead a team to ensure quality program outcomes.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant accreditation standards.
  • Coordinate activities budget and resources.
  • Partner with residential management to engage with community activities.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Cert IV in Leisure and Lifestyle, Diversional Therapy or equivalent qualification.
  • First aid certificate.
  • Strong leadership and people management skills.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
  • Understanding of aged and community care environment requirements.
