Job Description

We are seeking an organized and dependable Purchasing Professional to join our Operations & Supply Chain team based in Archerfield, QLD. This is a critical role that will support purchasing activities impacting our customers, sites, and commercial outcomes.

The successful candidate will be responsible for processing and managing purchase orders for consumables, materials, and stock across multiple sites state-wide. They will also track and follow up orders, review and convert requisitions, maintain accurate records and data, liaise with suppliers and internal teams, analyze and resolve purchasing issues, and monitor supplier service quality.

This is a fast-paced setting that requires strong attention to detail, time management skills, and a solutions-focused mindset. The ideal candidate will have demonstrated purchasing experience in operations, manufacturing or a similar setting, and excellent communication skills with a strong customer service approach.
