Key Responsibilities
  • Evaluate patients' medical history and movement abilities to develop tailored treatment plans that enhance patient outcomes
  • Deliver high-quality massage therapy, mobilize and manipulate muscles and joints, and use physiotherapy equipment to aid in recovery, promoting optimal patient well-being
  • Design exercises for patients to strengthen their motor abilities and correct posture and movements, facilitating efficient rehabilitation
  • Maintain accurate records of patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed, ensuring effective care
Additional Responsibilities
  • Assume complex cases and see a variety of clients, including those with specialized needs, providing comprehensive care
  • Supervise physical therapy and allied health students in clinic and mentor new graduates, fostering professional development
  • Participate in multidisciplinary team training and workshops to enhance your skills, staying up-to-date with best practices
  • Contribute to the development of clinical areas and provide guidance to junior staff members, promoting a culture of excellence
