Concrete Operations Manager

Job Description:

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily management, sales and operational activities of our Geelong and Colac Concrete Plants in Western Regional Victoria. The role is a multi-faceted one that requires effective leadership and strategic decision-making to drive business growth and success.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage day-to-day operations and make decisions that impact overall performance
  • Engage with customers to strategically grow and manage existing customer base
  • Build and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Conduct regular market analysis and gather market intelligence
Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need to have strong leadership and communication skills, as well as experience in sales and customer service. You should also have the ability to work effectively in a team environment and make quick and effective decisions under pressure.
