About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Assistant Store Manager to join our team at EG Group Australia. As a key member of our retail operations team, you will be responsible for assisting the Store Manager in driving store performance, developing the frontline team, and ensuring exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the Store Manager in increasing sales, profit, and growth through effective leadership and customer focus
- Contribute to all aspects of the store, including serving customers, stacking shelves, and maintaining stock availability
- Assist the Store Manager with the training and development of the team, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge to deliver exceptional customer service
- Order and maintain stock levels to meet customer demand
- Ensure the health and safety of all team members and customers are met
