We are currently seeking a Delivery and Installation Assistant to join our team in Melbourne. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in delivering and installing Fisher & Paykel products, providing exceptional customer service, and contributing to our goal of achieving quality, service, and customer satisfaction.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Deliver and install Fisher & Paykel products safely and efficiently.
- Provide accurate and timely completion of daily tasks, including product overviews and training to customers.
- Advocate for a premium brand-aligned customer experience that builds trusting and credible relationships with customers.
- Comply with Fisher & Paykel safety systems and follow appropriate reporting procedures and inspections.
- Work hours: Monday to Friday from 06:30am – 03:00pm.
Requirements
- Physically fit to assist with the unloading of appliances to residential addresses.
- A true team player with a positive customer-centric attitude.
- Previous warehousing experience is favorable.
- A clean driving license.
- Strong knowledge of the transport industry and good geographical knowledge of the area.
- Strong communication skills.
