We are seeking an ambitious Healthcare Sales Professional to join our commercial team in Australia. This role will focus on delivering exceptional sales performance across multiple verticals, contributing to the company's global expansion.

Your Role and Responsibilities

As a Healthcare Sales Professional, you will:

  • Drive revenue growth, engagement, and new customer acquisition.
  • Take ownership of the full 360 sales cycle, from prospecting through to close, while building and maintaining a healthy pipeline.
  • Exceed monthly revenue targets and daily KPIs with support from your Manager and the wider team.
  • Research, prepare, and deliver tailored product demonstrations and presentations to prospective customers.
  • Become an expert on the Doctify product and a thought leader within the HealthTech field.

Your Qualifications and Skills

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 1-3 years' experience in sales, including experience closing new business.
  • Natural communication skills and confidence in telephone, virtual, and in-person interactions.
  • Resilience and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
  • An open mind when dealing with changing circumstances in a scale-up.
  • The ability to tackle difficult challenges positively and find effective solutions.
  • A genuine passion for our mission and commitment to revolutionizing the healthcare market.

What We Offer

At Doctify, we provide a competitive compensation package (approximately $80,000 - $120,000 per annum, depending on location and experience) plus commission, opportunities for continuous learning and development, and a range of benefits, including:
