Customer Support Officer

At MJD Recruitment, we are seeking a highly skilled Customer Support Officer to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to build and nurture customer relationships in a rapidly expanding FMCG business.
About the Role- This full-time position is based in our Zetland office, where you will work closely with various departments to integrate customer feedback into our company's strategy.
In this role, you will become the product expert, assisting customers with seamless setup and support. You will also maintain accurate data records and address customer complaints with professionalism and efficiency.
What We OfferWe offer a competitive salary of $70,000 plus superannuation. If you have experience in customer service, preferably building rapport, and possess basic technical expertise to guide customers through product setup, we encourage you to apply. Knowledge of soft-serve machines, mechanics, or automotive services is a bonus.
