Senior Centre Manager Opportunity

Key Responsibilities:
  • Portfolio Performance: Position and protect the investment performance of the portfolio, ensuring profitability through diligent and professional management.
  • Resource Allocation: Facilitate resources, both in-house and outsourced, promoting an overall team effort to maintain services and resolve property issues.
  • Client Relationships: Liaise regularly with owners regarding all aspects of management, including providing recommendations and conducting negotiations relating to rent reviews, lease renewals, and leasing.
Requirements:
  • 8+ years' experience in retail property management or centre management, including a thorough understanding of retail leasing practices, legislation, procedures, and terminology.
  • Strong working knowledge of building services and real estate market activities, developments, and trends.
  • Strong Excel skills.
  • Previous use of MRI management system (or similar) is highly regarded.
  • Strong organisational and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to build and foster key relationships and work in a highly team-oriented environment.
  • Strong attention to detail.
